THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring a Demand Generation Specialist based in London to drive growth across the UKI region!
As Demand Generation Specialist for UKI, you will be able to directly impact Wellhubs revenue, map the buyer’s journey from start to close, and increase awareness across B2B (ENT & SMB). You will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns in the UKI market (e.g. email, social media, nurture, sales collateral, case study materials). You will help drive our B2B growth marketing engine across both SMB and ENT companies generating the inbound pipeline and support in year pipeline acceleration.
YOUR IMPACT
- Develop content for Sales teams: Translate real-world feedback from Sales and Business Development into compelling, ready-to-use content for social media, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences that educate prospects and move them forward.
- Own the CRM Engine: You'll be actively building, deploying, and optimizing email templates and automated nurture flows within our CRM to convert HR professionals into qualified leads for key campaigns across the year.
- Know Our Audience Inside Out: Develop a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and use this knowledge to craft clear and impactful messaging tailored to different channels.
- Bridge the Messaging-to-Sales Gap: You'll pinpoint prospect pain points and content needs at each stage of the buying journey, directly contributing to the creation of materials that support successful sales conversations.
- LinkedIn & Paid Media Partner: Apply your understanding of LinkedIn best practices and collaborate with the paid media team by providing audience-specific messaging for their campaigns.
- Build Campaign Hubs: You'll be hands-on in our Wellhub CMS, creating and designing engaging landing pages that are optimized for campaign conversions
- Track Your Impact: You'll be actively involved in measuring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales pipeline to understand what's working and identify areas for improvement. This includes marketing-sourced revenue, marketing-influenced revenue, pipeline generated, and conversion speed.
- You will work cross functionally with peers in global marketing, SMB & ENT marketing, partnerships, PR, MarkOps, Paid Media. Your most important relationship will be with the UKI sales teams across SMB and ENT.
- You will also be responsible for executing, tracking and reporting on the progress and performance of all UKI campaigns, providing continuous input on how to test and optimize.

WHO YOU ARE
- This role requires someone who can seamlessly blend data-driven insights with creative content development.
- With 3+ years of experience in demand generation ideally in a B2B environment, you're passionate about creating content that converts. You've demonstrated success in developing effective email marketing campaigns, engaging LinkedIn content, valuable blog articles, and impactful social media updates.
- You're comfortable bringing your creative ideas to life, and experience with tools like Canva is a definite advantage. Ideally, you're also familiar with tools such as HubSpot and Strapi and can leverage its capabilities to optimize our demand generation efforts.
- An organized methodology of iterating on existing or new campaigns and experimenting to increase results
- An OKR and data focused approach to measuring your own performance
- Executional mindset with a hands on approach
- Good cross functional collaboration skills, strong relationship building and a good understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines
